POSITION TITLE: Lead Teller

General Summary:

American Bank is seeking a highly motivated Lead Teller. The ideal candidate must have a passion to help people, is self-directed with good judgment. This position will deliver a superior customer experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Greet customers
• Listen to customer needs to make appropriate customer referrals to our banking products and service as well as to other bank staff
• Conducts transactions
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests regarding accounts
• Assist in assuring processes and procedures are met and tellers are adequately trained
• Review procedures and recommend changes as necessary
• Coach staff
• Promote the bank

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Good Understanding of bank products and services
• Ability to work effectively as a team member
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn to use new technology effectively
• Ability to listen effectively
• Strong communication skills
• High standard to confidentiality

• Excellent customer service skills

Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of teller experience preferred
• Knowledge of bank products, services and regulations is a plus

POSITION TITLE: Branch Retail Officer

General Summary:

American Bank is seeking a highly motivated Branch Retail Operations Officer. The ideal candidate must be well organized, flexible and self-directed, with excellent judgment. This position will provide employee leadership, guidance and training to achieve a high level of job knowledge and professional development in order for their team to deliver a superior customer experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Supervise flow of branch to ensure operating schedules, processes and procedures are met
• Focus on operation functions including sales, loss control, compliance, customer service and audit controls
• Coach and develop team
• Participate in planning and conducting of operational and service staff meetings
• Review existing procedures and recommend improvements
• Collaborate on rollout and implementation of new and updated processes and procedures
